Analgine contains sodium metronidazole which has analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effect in the body.
Indicated in:
- pain of various natures, such as: headache, toothache, neuralgia, lumbago, acute and chronic rheumatism, myalgia, severe pain caused by spasms of the smooth muscles of the digestive tract and urogenital tract;
- decrease in high temperature in febrile conditions.
Always take Analgine tablets as recommended by your doctor.
If you have the impression that the effect is too strong or too weak, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.
It is advisable to take the tablets after meals and with plenty of fluids.
Recommended dose:
Adults and children over 15 years: 500 mg (1 tablet), 1 -4 times a day.
The maximum daily dose is 3 grams.
- Its use is not recommended during the first and third trimester of pregnancy, while in the second trimester it can be administered only if the potential benefit outweighs the potential risk.
- Analgine metabolites are excreted in breast milk, so this herb should not be used during the period of breastfeeding.
