Bimbovit D3 is a vitamin D3 supplement (cholecalciferol).
- Vitamin D3 prevents rickets and plays an important role in bone formation.
- Stimulates calcium and phosphorus absorption in the intestine and regulates serum calcium levels.
- Epidemiological studies indicate that a vitamin D deficiency is associated with an increased incidence of asthma.
- An higher and regular intake of vitamin D during pregnancy is associated with a lower risk (-60%) of asthma and allergy in children at 5 years .
RECOMMENDED POSOLOGY:
-In preterm infants, we recommend 4-8 drops (400-800 IU) per day and according to doctor’s opinion.
-In the infant during the first year of life, we recommend 4 drops (400 IU) per day, and according to doctor’s opinion.
-Children aged 1-16 years, can use 6-10 drops per day.
