Curasept can be used to assist treatment of the following:
- Mouth ulcers
- Gingivitis
- Periodontitis
- Receding Gums
- Care after oral surgery
- Caries
It is revolutionary in that, unlike other popular chlorhexidine preparations Curasept:
- Contains no alcohol, and therefore does not cause further irritation to ulceration or other mucosal complaints.
- Contains no sugar.
- Has a unique anti-discolouration system to mostly eliminate the discolouration caused by the Chlorhexidine.
- Causes negligible change in taste perception, itself having a mild minty flavour.
- The pH is 6.2 to protect tooth enamel.
For intensive use - up to two weeks non stop use.
Rinse with 10 ml twice per day for one minute.
If still needed after two weeks, take one week's break and then use again for the two week non stop use.
Do not drink black coffee, tea or red wine for 30 minutes after use.
