Fluid.
Start by wetting hair thoroughly with lukewarm water. Dispense a small amount of shampoo into the palm and dilute with a bit of water. Lather until rich foam forms and gently massage into hair from roots to ends. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until all shampoo is removed. Repeat if necessary for a deeper cleanse. For optimal results and long-lasting softness, follow with SMOOTHING CONDITIONER or MASK, PLUMPING SERUM, and SMOOTHING CREAM.
