Doppel Herz tablets are composed of:

• Magnesium, which contributes to energy metabolism and the normal functioning of muscles and the nervous system.
• Vitamin B1, helps the normal functioning of the heart.
• Vitamins B6 and B12, play a role in the normal functioning of the nervous system, as well as contribute to the normal formation of red cells of blood, which are responsible for transporting oxygen to the blood. In addition, they contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system, which can be challenged especially during physical activity.
• Folic acid plays a role in normal cell division and blood formation. Together with vitamins B6 and B12, it contributes to the normal metabolism of homocysteine.

The recommended dose is 1/2 - 1 tablet per day.
