Instructions for use:
1.With the napkin still in the plastic wrap, fold it in half (top to bottom) until the inner bag makes a "snap" sound. Shake slightly to start cooling.
2.Remove the paper strip to reveal the adhesive and place it on the underpants. For one use only.
