Holle Organic Wholegrain Cereal 3-Grain 6 Months+ can be used for children from 6 months old.

It povides:

  • Wholegrain rice flour 70%; 
  • Corn flour 20 %; 
  • Wholegrain millet flour 10 %; 
  • Thiamin, which contributes the healthy development of the nervous system and also helps boost energy.
The wholegrains used in Holle Porridges are in an easily digestible form, which is particularly suitable for babies. The goodness of the grain is gently unlocked with heat and moisture ready for your baby’s growing body. Using the wholegrain means we can retain the most nutrients so that your baby can thrive.

Preparation:

  1. Heat 100 ml of milk to approximately 50 °C
  2. Add 4 spoons (15g) of milk cereal flakes.
  3. Stir well. Allow to soak and cool to body temperature (37 °C ) before serving.
