Kirokomplex is a nutritional supplement with the following ingredients : D-Chiro-Inositol,  Myo-Inositol, Folic Acid, Manganese, Vitamin D3 and Revifast.

• D-Chiro-Inositol is a variant of Inositol, that acts as the second messenger of insulin and consequently regulates glucose's metabolism and normalises blood sugar levels.
• Myo-Inositol  is a molecule normally produced by our body and present in some foods. Its physiological role is to mediate the body's response to stimuli of different hormones, such as insulin and FSH, the stimulating follicle hormone. Several clinical studies have shown that the continuous integration of myo-inositol can be useful in normalizing the metabolic and hormonal profile of women with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome).
• Folic acid is a water-soluble vitamin of group B. It contributes on aminoacids' metabolism and the cell division process.
• Manganese is an important mineral that has an impact on the active acquisition of D-Chiro-Inositol.
• Vitamin D3 prevents hormonal fluctuations.
• Revifast extracted from Polygonum Cuspidatum favors the regularity of the menstrual cycle.

It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day.
