Lamberts Alpha Lipoic Acid 300 MG is an important antioxidant involved in energy production.
It is most commonly used for nerve pain in people with diabetes. 

It is also used for obesity, altitude sickness, aging skin, high levels of cholesterol or other fats in the blood, and many other purposes, but there is no good scientific evidence to support many of these other uses.

Take up to 2 tablets daily on an empty stomach, or as directed by a practitioner or pharmacist.
For general antioxidant support a lower dose of one tablet daily may be used.
