Lamberts Cod Liver Oil 1000 MG is a dietary supplement derived from liver of cod fish (Gadidae).
The most important ingredients in cod liver oil are the omega 3 fatty acids called EPA and DHA, and this one-a-day product from Lamberts® has higher levels of these two healthy nutrients than you will find in most shop-bought cod liver oil products.

• Cod liver oil contains certain "fatty acids" that prevent the blood from clotting easily. These fatty acids also reduce pain and swelling. Cod liver oil is used for heart health, depression, arthritis, and many other conditions, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses.
