Usage:

• To use, place the pads inside your nursing bra or nursing tank with the ultra-soft mesh side against your skin and the Lansinoh heart facing out. Make sure the contoured edge is on the bottom.
• Breast pads should be changed often to maintain skin health. A general guideline would be to replace them after each feeding or when saturated.
• Machine wash after every use. For best results, place pads in included wash bag.
