 Lordes 2.5 MG/ 5 ML contains Desloratadine  an anti-allergic drug that does not give drowsiness. Helps to control allergic reactions and their symptoms throughout the day by helping to continue normal daily activities and a more comfortable sleep.

• Desloratadine works by preventing the effects of a substance produced by our own body called Histamine. Histamine can cause itching, sneezing, runny nose and watery eyes.

• Desloratadine relieves the symptoms of allergic rhinitis (inflammation of the nasal mucosa caused by allergenic substances). These symptoms include sneezing, runny nose or itching, itchy palate, red or watery eyes.
• Desloratadine can be prescribed to relieve the symptoms of urticaria (skin rash caused by allergies) which is accompanied by itching and local redness.

Instructions for proper use and frequency of dosing:

• Children aged: 6 to 11 months: 2 ml of syrup once a day. Use measuring spoon up to 2 ml.
• Children aged: 1 to 5 years: 2.5 ml syrup once a day. Use measuring spoon up to 2.5 ml.
• Children aged 6 to 11 years: 5 ml of syrup once a day. Use measuring spoon up to 5 ml.
• Adults and children 12 years and older: 10 ml syrup once daily (dose daily) Use the measuring spoon up to 5 ml twice a day
