Megastar ABD is a food supplement that contains Vitamins such as A, Vitamin D and Vitamins B Complex.

• Riboflavin : important for visual disturbances, for muscle tone and in the metabolic process of fats, proteins and carbohydrates. It plays an important role in growth.
• Pantothenic acid: participates in the breakdown and use of carbohydrates, proteins and fats and helps keep cholesterol levels low. It is important for a perfect activity of the nervous system, and to keep the skin and digestive tissues healthy.
• Vitamin B6:helps metabolize carbohydrates, proteins, fats and excess cholesterol. It controls the balance of sodium and potassium, which regulate the functioning of the nervous and skeletal muscle systems. Important in the production of antibodies and red blood cells.
• Vitamin A: protects the internal membranes of important organs such as the kidneys, bladder, lungs and digestive system. It helps build bones and teeth, maintains vision and helps lower cholesterol. It protects from the sun's rays, and is useful against infections. 
  
• Vitamin D: useful in all ages as it makes the absorption of calcium and phosphorus more efficient, facilitates the regular oxidation process and the integrity of the bones.

Dosage:

• Children from 0-2 years old- 6 drops twice a day or 12 drops once a day.
• Children from 2-5 years old- 12 drops twice a day.
