The device is very simple to use.

Place the beld around the arm and press the button. After a few seconds, you will read the result displayed on the screen. The number above indicates systolic pressure (highest level), while the number below indicates diastolic pressure (lowest level).

In addition to measuring blood pressure, the device also measures heart rate and pulse.
