How to use: 

Pour 1 drop of oil into 10 ml of argan oil or almond oil and apply only for external use. 

For internal use in case of digestive or intestinal problems, it is recommended to take 1 drop of oregano essential oil in a teaspoon of olive oil or honey, 2-3 times a day.
