Vitadyn Memo is a food supplement based on Eleutherococcus, Bilberry, Rhodiola and Phosphoserine. Recommended for a mental tonic-restorative action in periods of greater stress, especially in cases where attention and concentration are required.

• Eleutherococcus (Eleuterococcus senticosus) is an adaptogenic, anti-stress and anti-fatigue plant, useful in asthenia, convalescence, psycho-physical exhaustion, fatigue (even of children), stress, hypotension, sports activity, prevents the onset of diseases, increases immune defenses, indicated in periods of reduced performance and concentration capacity, in overworking fatigue, adjuvant in radiotherapy, as a prophylaxis in influenza and senescence disorders. It stimulates the adrenal and sexual glands and the nervous system, improves blood circulation.
• Blackberry is an antioxidant and shows a capillary-protective action both at the level of the retinal and peripheral capillaries.
• Rhodes improves cognitive functions by increasing brain levels of dopamine and serotonin.
• Phosphoserine can be useful for improving the transmission of the neuronal nerve impulse and therefore to improve memo-cognitive functions or reduce their progressive degradation.
