Antrolin is a drug, in the form of a rectal cream, based on Nifedipine, an active ingredient which, when used locally, has a relaxing action on peripheral smooth muscles. The action of this active ingredient is integrated into the product by the presence of Lidocaine, a local surface anesthetic.

Treatment of anal fissure and proctalgia generally associated with anal sphincter hypertonia.

• Apply Antrolin rectal cream 2 times a day for at least three weeks.
