Bepanthen Plus 50 MG/ 5 MG is a cream with Dexpanthenol and Chlorhexidine Hydrochloride.
- Dexpanthenol after absorption into the skin is converted to pantothenic acid which helps in the formation and regeneration of the skin and mucous membranes.
- Chlorhexidine Hydrochloride is an antiseptic that kills bacteria. Bepanthen plus disinfects and treats superficial skin infections such as cuts, wounds, minor burns, dermatitis and cracked nipples in breastfeeding mothers.
Always use this medicine as described in the package leaflet or as advised by your doctor or pharmacist.
- Apply the cream to cleansed wounds or inflamed skin 1 or more times a day as needed. Applying the cream to large areas of skin should be avoided.
- The wound can be covered with gauze.
