Betafol is a food supplement based on Folic Acid, essential for the growth, reproduction and perfect functioning of the nervous system and contributes to the formation of maternal tissues during pregnancy. 

It is an extremely important vitamin since it performs a co-enzymatic activity, participating in the synthesis of hemoglobin and some amino acids, such as methionine and glutamic acid. 

Of particular importance is the function it performs in lowering homocysteine levels.

It is recommended to use 1 tablet per day during the main meal, accompanied by plenty of water.
