Biogena GluteZym is an active complex of minerals and the enzyme Aspergillus niger prolyl endopeptidase (AN-PEP), which contributes to the breakdown of gluten.

The enzyme called Aspergillus Niger prolyl endopeptidase specifically targets gluten proteins and can efficiently break them down into small fragments that are easier to digest. 

In addition to Tolerase® G, Biogena contains GluteZym® Calcium, which contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes and vitamin B2, which supports the mucous membranes.

3 capsules taken as required with a meal and plenty of liquid to accompany a low-gluten diet.
