Biogena LactroZym® was developed to help people that have problems digesting lactose (milk glucose). If taken before meals, Biogena LactroZym® can improve the digestion of lactose. This increases the tolerability of milk and dairy products.

The way the ingredient works: 

Lactase splits lactose into its different individual components and thus, improves the lactose digestion in individuals that have problems digesting milk glucose. 

Possible uses: 

• For an increased breakdown of lactose (milk glucose) 

• For an improved digestion and better tolerability of lactose contained in milk and dairy products – particularly in the case of ample consumption

1–2 capsules taken prior to consuming a meal containing lactose (from dairy products). 

The daily amount, can be adapted individually to the daily dairy consumption.

Recommended daily dosage up to 6 capsules. 

Lactose tolerance can vary and those affected should seek advice regarding the use of this enzyme in their diet.
