Connettivina Plus Gauze is a preparation for topical use, to facilitate the wound healing process avoiding the formation of infections.

 It is indicated in case of wounds and skin ulcers.

It is also, indicated for the local treatment of mild sores and local treatment of I and II degree burns.

• Apply one or more medicated gauze, two or more times a day depending on the extent of the lesions.
• You should clean the area of the lesion before applying the cream.
