Espumisan is medication in liquid form with banana flavor that contains Simethicone, used for the symptomatical treatment of gastro-intestinal complaints and digestion disorders. It reduces bloating by helping in the elimination of gas. It is suitable for all ages.
Indications:

• In the treatment of flatulence and bloating.
• In infant colic (3 months colic).
• As a preparation for diagnostic procedures like X-ray and Sonography.
• As a defoaming agent in poisoning with detergents (tensides).

Usage:
For treating gas related gastro-intestinal complaints (bloating, flatulence, infant colic) :

• In infants: It is recommended to take 25 drops in each bottle feed or before and after each breastfeed.
• In children from 1-6 years old: It is recommended to take 25 drops 3-5 times a day.
• In children 6-14 years old: It is recommended to take 25-50 drops 3-5 times a day.
• In children above 14 years old and adults: It is recommended to take 50 drops 3-5 times a day.
