Flavamed Expectorant 15 MG/ ML * 100 ML

Flavamed Expectorant 15 MG/ ML contains the active ingredient Ambroxol which belongs to a group of medicines called mucolytic agents which are used in conditions where breathing is difficult because there are a lot of secretions (also referred to as mucus) in your air passages.

• Ambroxol facilitates expectoration and reduces cough. 
• This medicine works by making your mucus thinner and increasing the secretion of mucus from the respiratory tract in acute and chronic diseases of the bronchi and lungs with disorders of excretion and transmission of mucus.

Dosage:

• Children from 2-5 years old: 2.5 ml, up to 3 times per day.
• Children from 6-12 years old: 5 ml, 2-3 times per day.
• Teenagers from 12 years old: 10 ml, 3 times per day ( the first 2-3 days)
•                                                10 ml, twice a day. ( the following days)
• Adults:  20 ml, up to 2 times a day.
