Flavamed Expectorant 60 MG * 20

Flavamed Expectorant 60 MG contains the active ingredient Ambroxol which belongs to a group of medicines called mucolytic agents which are used in conditions where breathing is difficult because there are a lot of secretions (also referred to as mucus) in your air passages.

• Ambroxol facilitates expectoration and reduces cough.
• This medicine works by making your mucus thinner and increasing the secretion of mucus from the respiratory tract in acute and chronic diseases of the bronchi and lungs with disorders of excretion and transmission of mucus.

Usage:

Adolescents older than 12 years and adults:

• During the first 2 to 3 days, 1 tablet 3 times a day (or 30 mg of ambroxol hydrochloride 3 times).
• The following days 1 tablet twice a day (or 30 mg of ambroxol hydrochloride twice).
•  In adults and adolescents over 12 years, the daily dose may be increased to 2 tablets twice daily.
