Hedelix Hustensaft 0.8 G/ 100 ML  is a nutritional supplement with plant extracts.

The ingredients come from the Ivy plant and act as a natural mixture.

• Main ingredients: saponins, mainly Alpha-Hederin
• Plant parts and preparations used: extracts from leaves, rarely from sprouts
• The saponins contained in ivy are able, similar to soap, to reduce the surface tension of the liquid covering the alveoli. Stuck secretions are loosened and can be coughed up.

Dosage:

• Infants and young children under 1 year: 2.5 ml once daily with or without food.
• Children 1-4 years: 2.5 ml 3 times a day with or without food.
• Children 4-10 years: 2.5 ml 4 times daily with or without food.
• Children 10 years and adults: 5 ml 3 times daily with or without food.
