Heferol contains iron, with an important role on the transportation of oxygen all over the body. It can be founded at erythrocytes, where the hemoglobin is .

1 capsule of Hefereol contains 350mg ferrous fumarate which is equivalent to 115 iron.

Heferol Indications:

• Treating anemia that is caused by iron deficiency
• During pregnancy when the requirements are increased

Dosage of Heferol:

• Adults and children over 12 years: 
• Prophylaxis: take 1 capsule per day with a lot of water.
• Treatment: take 2 capsules twice a day with a lot of water.

In case of stomach sensitivity take Heferol during eating.

Avoid milk, coffee, eggs, tea while taking Heferol.

For children under 12 years it is not recommended the usage of Heferol.
