Jodex Spray 8.5% * 30 ML

Jodex Spray 8.5% indicated as an otorhinolaryngological disinfectant. The main active ingredient is Iodine, which is released during contact of povidonjod with mucous membranes. Allantoina protects the mucous membranes from damage.

This bar is indicated:

• as adjunctive therapy in infections of the mouth, palate, throat and tongue;
• in infections after oral surgery;
• during influenza diseases associated with scratching and sore throat;
• in chronic infections of the oral cavity;
• in streptotoxic angina (accompanied by antibiotics).

1. If you are sensitive (allergic) to povidone iodine or any of the other components of the drug as allergic reactions may occur (incl. and anaphylaxis).
2. Avoid regular or prolonged use in patients with thyroid pathology or in patients undergoing lithium treatment.
3. Iodine-containing medicines should not be used 2 weeks before and after iodine treatment radioactive as well as during serious impairment of lung function.
4. In patients with liver damage should be used only with the recommendation of doctor.
5. It is advisable to avoid use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
6. This herb should not be used in children under 8 years of age.

Usage:

Always take Jodex exactly as your doctor advised. It is important to follow your doctor's instructions exactly and never change the dose yourself, whatever you feel. If you are not sure, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

• Jodex - Spray should be carefully sprayed on the surface of the oral mucosa, without inserting it tube very deep.
• Children over 8 years and adults: 2-3 sprays on the right and left side, up to 4 times a day.
• In special cases it can be applied even more often (every 4 hours).
