Omega 3 -6-9 is a natural food supplement from concentrated flaxseed oil, canola oil, black currant oil and pumpkin seed oil. 
It is rich in omega 3 unsaturated fatty acids (alpha-linolenic acid-ALA), omega 6 (linoleic acid-LA), omega 9 (oleic acid-OA) and vitamin E.
Recent studies show that omega fatty acids have a better effect when taken in combination 3-6-9 than when taken separately and they should be taken continuously because the body can not synthesize them (essential).
