• Vitamin C is known as an antioxidant. It is confirmed by the EU that Vitamin C contributes to the formation of collagen for good bone function.
• Collagen is a connective tissue protein. It is the most common protein in the human body. Collagen strengthens the tendons and skeletal muscles as well as the ligaments that support the vertebral column. Getting collagen is important for maintaining healthy joints and bones.
• Hyaluronic Acid keeps water in the cells and increases elasticity by restoring the cushioning function of the spine.
